I started the TAKE A DEEP BREATH course, with Meera to increase my oxygen intake. Through the course, I not only increased my oxygen intake, but, ended up learning breathing techniques that help reduce my stress levels immensely. Throughout my day, I play Meera’s, Omniscient Om cd, softly as background music, along with the breathing techniques, I’m finding I feel calmer at the end of the day. Being able to practice these techniques, under any circumstance, in the store, in the car, at work, wherever my daily life takes me, is a huge blessing.
